DJI M4 Tethered System—compatible with the DJI Matrice 4 series drones — converts AC power into high-voltage DC, then transmits it to the onboard air power module through a high-performance nickel-alloy power cable, providing continuous power to the Matrice 4 drone. Used together with a backup battery, it enables up to 12 hours of continuous operation while ensuring safe flight. The system also features an ultra‑miniature high‑power lighting module.

  • The DJI M4T tethered system consists of three main components: the onboard power module, the semi/fully automatic cable reel unit, and the ground lighting system.
  • The integrated cable reel unit combines the ground power supply, high-performance power cable, and automatic cable management mechanism. It supports both backpack and handheld carrying modes.
  • The highly integrated ground power system offers portability while ensuring rapid automatic cable winding and unwinding for cables up to 50 meters. It also reduces impacts and bending stress on the cable, effectively protecting it.
